What is Arkana

Arkanas is a dervish word that signifies “exercises” or “the process of transformation”. In latin, signifies “secret”. Indeed, it is only through the practice of exercises that the secrets and its effects manifest and reveal themselves naturally to the practitioner. There are 99 Arkanas in Samadeva. The 7 Major Arkanas are the heart of the method, which is called “the secret of eternal youth. People who practice these not only stay physically younger, supple and fit but they get rid of tiredness and stress quickly. Their whole health and the quality of sleep get better. A regular practice of Arkanas brings back movement where it was locked in the digestive system, cardiovascular system, nervous system, immune system, and hormonal system.
